Costs of having your debt recovered by MMrecht

First-Assessment Advisory Costs

The first-assessment is always the first step we take to recover your debt. We charge a one-time fixed fee for this inevitable service. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Legal Costs

Once legal action begins lawyers charge according to the RVG - the German Act on Lawyer Fees, unless another fee structure is agreed upon. It works in tariffs and states how many tariffs a lawyer may charge for a certain legal activity. The value of the claim defines the height of the tariff. Click here to read more about the RVG and the calculation of lawyer fees.

The calculator below shows the estimate legal costs, such as lawyer fees (amongst others) for the legal recovery of a debt through the Mahnverfahren based on the value you provide.

Bear in mind, that these costs do not include our first-assessment costs. Please contact us for further details.

Last but not least it should never be forgotten that the losing party has to cover the other party´s legal expenses, such as lawyer and court fees. Your debtor therefor has to cover your legal costs, if your claim is enforceable.
