Debt Collection the MMrecht way

MMrecht is a law firm that recovers debts for professional creditors, such as bailiffs, debt collecting lawyers abroad or debt collection agencies. Our activities range over the whole of Germany.

MMrecht.com is the website of the Law Firm Murk Muller. The Law Firm Murk Muller is an open European network of specialists, which cooperates independently of place, time and language, within the framework of the award winning Anwaltsladen to provide legal assistance to the business community.

The extrajudicial activities are left to you, but MMrecht will always provide advise and assistance, such as with our formal-reminder.

In order to commence legal proceedings MMrecht requires the information stated in our Submit a Claim section.

After a First Assessment has been conducted a German Payment Order will be filed for with the local district court (Amtsgericht). The Amtsgericht Berlin Schöneberg/Wedding has been given exclusive jurisdiction for cases involving a foreign applicant (creditor).

In case the debtor objects to the claim MMrecht will take care of the legal proceedings before the Amtsgericht or Landgericht. See our FAQ section.

MMrecht will also cover all aspects regarding the Execution of your title.

MMrecht follows a tight procedure when processing your claim with a view to minimizing potential misunderstandings. Generally a direct contact between MMrecht and the original creditor is not necessary. We usually carry out all communications with the professional agencies, bailiffs or lawyers that represent the client.

Thanks to the well structured German law on lawyer fees (RVG) the costs of recovering an undisputed claim can be calculated rather precisely. One could almost call it a cost-guarentee.
